The Dashboard

Step 1.

The Worldpay Dashboard helps you manage your business by providing real-time data such as card transactions, settlements and invoices.The dashboard is available once you have signed your application with CreatePay.

Accessing Your Worldpay Dashboard

  • On completion of signing your application you will receive three emails to activate your dashboard.
  • You will receive two from no-reply@fisglobal.com confirming your username and password
  • You will also receive an email from noreply@wpdgs.worldpay.io titled “User successfully onboarded to Worldpay Dashboard”.

Step 2.

Once you have logged in and created your new password, it will ask you to select your method of receiving your security code.

Below are a couple of helpful pointers:

  • Make sure to select a name for your phone (you can add multiple numbers with different names to receive a security code, should you wish to add employees to the login)
  • Ensure the country code is set to “United Kingdom (+44)” and the zero is left off of the phone number
  • Save and then continue, this will then send a security code to your phone to login with

Step 3.

Once you have activated your dashboard you can then login and manage your account efficiently.

Through your Worldpay dashboard you can:

  • Amend your account information
  • View transaction data and insights
  • Access your invoices
  • Analyze sales trends
  • View chargebacks
  • View your PCI status.
  • Have access to a virtual terminal.
  • Live chat

*As a reminder, for the first 3 months you are on a free premium trial worth £10 a month, if you do not wish to proceed with this please cancel within the dashboard.
