Ian brings extensive technology leadership experience across the payments, fintech, and broader financial services sectors. He has served as a Chief Technology Officer in both Issuer Processing and Merchant Payments domains, delivering complex technology programmes, leading high-performing engineering teams, and driving innovation in payments infrastructure. His expertise spans technology strategy, platform development, programme delivery, and organisational transformation within regulated financial environments.
Throughout his 30-year career, Ian has specialised in helping organisations modernise their technology stacks, scale their platforms, and align technology delivery with commercial outcomes.
